Verizon to carry the HP Pre 3?
According to a tipster, who sent the leaked photo of a "webOS Evo", the Pre 3 is going to land at Verizon wireless. Which makes sense, - the last three webOS devices all landed there (Pre 2, Pixi Plus, and Pre Plus, respectively). And what adds to this, Verizon has a thing for world phones (Which the Pre 3 is). Hopefully the device will come to other carriers as well (Sprint users miss webOS, not having any new devices since the original Pre and Pixi 2 years ago), and T-Mobile USA hasn't seemed to get any webOS goodness yet.

I mean anybody can change their network's name...
ReplyDeleteTrue, but the leak looks legit - the phone isn't released yet and the individual also gave them the leak of the mysterious slate phone that has yet to be announced.
ReplyDeleteif i had verizon id look into getting this when its released looks sick
ReplyDeleteThis would be a plus for Verizon. Now that AT&T bought T-mobile (or is going to soon), that'll just leave three major networks to choose from =/
ReplyDeleteI gotta save up some money for this :D
ReplyDeleteVerizon needs something to put them ahead tbh.
ReplyDeleteThe answer seems obvious to me :)
ReplyDeleteVerizon definitely needed this.
ReplyDeleteI dream of a new WebOS phone, my pixi is dyin' out over here. I can't imagine owning a phone running on any other OS than WebOS, glad to see there are other fans out there :]! Loving the blog (even though I've seen most of this news on precentral, lol.)
